From text books, we learnt that strong electrolytes such as NaCl dissolving in water completely forming ions. However, NaCl exist as micro scaled particles/aggregates in solutions including dilute ones according to our study. Our experimental results also showed that pH of neutral salts is not 7. The pH values depend on the concentration of salts as well as the charges on salts. The structure of water is an unsolved problem. In this presentation we will show the images of water clusters and its structure. The study is significant in fundamental understanding  the properties of water and interactions between water and other substances. We also will discuss the experimental instruments used and their limitations on studying water and where we can move forward.
